Work

Built around real operations.

Our work spans hospitality, travel, aviation and complex operational environments. We work from the problem outward — understanding how the organisation operates before deciding what technology belongs inside it.

Work Context, approach, outcome Concise case framing, what was at stake, how we worked, what shifted.

Selected engagements

Bespoke products and connected systems across travel, hospitality and experience-led businesses.

Scottish estate · Sales operation

Teasses Estate

From fragmented enquiries to an A connected operational system bringing customer enquiries, communications, follow-ups and commercial intelligence into a shared workflow.

One platformReplacing inbox-led follow-up across high-value enquiry types
AI-nativeClassification, scoring and response drafting built into live workflows
Commercial clarityManagement reporting on pipeline quality and progression

Context

Teasses manages valuable wedding, event and travel-trade opportunities across email, customer records and manual follow-up. Enquiries were disappearing into inboxes. Teams duplicated effort transferring information between tools. Leadership lacked a reliable view of which opportunities were progressing and why.

Approach

Kaize mapped the commercial workflow from first enquiry to signed contract, then designed and built a bespoke customer and enquiry platform around how the estate actually sells, not a generic CRM overlay.

The platform connects Gmail ingestion, wedding and travel-trade workflow paths, AI classification, lead scoring, response drafting, follow-up management, customer segmentation and management reporting in one operating environment.

Outcome

Teasses now runs high-value sales through a single system designed for its enquiry types, team habits and reporting needs, with AI assistance embedded where it speeds response quality without losing human judgment on the biggest opportunities.

Luxury travel · Bali · Digital product

8 Degree Real Estate

A full property platform for international investors, search, inventory, content and conversion journeys built for a premium market.

End-to-end productPublic site, property inventory, editorial journal and enquiry flows
Global audienceBuilt for international investors across multiple markets and channels
Growth-readyArchitecture supporting partner campaigns and new acquisition products

Context

8 Degree needed a digital product that matched the quality of its advisory work, not a template real estate site. Investors expect clarity, credibility and speed across property discovery, due diligence content and enquiry pathways.

Approach

Kaize designed and built the platform as a connected product: property inventory and search, editorial journal, SEO and discovery surfaces, enquiry routing and the technical foundation for partner-led acquisition experiences.

The work covered product architecture, implementation, content systems and the operational detail required to keep inventory, editorial and commercial journeys aligned as the business scales.

Outcome

A live platform that presents 8 Degree as a premium, investor-grade brand, with the product infrastructure to launch new campaigns, partnerships and customer journeys without rebuilding from scratch.

Fife · Accessible luxury hospitality

The Rings

Connecting enquiry, booking and operations across a multi-format holiday estate.

90-acre estateCottage, studios, cabins, camping and barn experiences under one operation
23+ configurationsFlexible accommodation combinations requiring bespoke booking logic
Guest-firstAccessibility requirements embedded in enquiry and booking workflows

Context

The Rings is an award-winning accessible holiday estate in Fife, a 16-bed cottage divisible into studios and apartments, six cabins, wilderness camping and Bisset’s Barn farm experiences across 90 acres. Guests arrive with widely varying accessibility needs, group sizes and stay formats.

Commercially, the estate offers more than twenty booking configurations. Operationally, enquiries arrived through multiple channels with detailed requirements that did not fit standard reservation tools. Teams spent time manually translating guest needs into the right accommodation mix.

Approach

Kaize mapped how enquiries, availability, accessibility requirements and booking configurations actually moved through the business, then designed connected workflows and product logic to support them.

The work covered intelligent enquiry intake, configuration-aware booking pathways, guest requirement capture, internal coordination between accommodation types and management reporting, built around the estate’s existing tools rather than replacing them with a generic hospitality platform.

Outcome

A clearer operating model for a complex, premium hospitality business: enquiries progress with the right context, booking logic reflects how The Rings actually sells and teams have visibility across cottage, cabin and experience revenue without losing the personal, accessibility-led service the estate is known for.

Heritage estate · Transformation

Cambo Estate

A practical roadmap for AI and digital transformation across a complex visitor and hospitality business.

Whole businessCommercial, visitor and operational workflows reviewed together
PrioritisedImplementation sequence grounded in team capacity and existing systems
ActionableRoadmap tied to measurable operational and commercial outcomes

Context

Cambo operates across heritage visitor experiences, hospitality, events and commercial activity, with digital touchpoints and physical operations that had drifted out of sync. Leadership needed clarity on where AI and workflow redesign would create real value versus add complexity.

Approach

Kaize reviewed workflows across the organisation, customer journeys, internal coordination, commercial visibility, operational efficiency and future digital product opportunities, then translated findings into a prioritised implementation roadmap aligned to existing systems and team reality.

Outcome

A defensible transformation plan the organisation can execute in sequence: clearer customer journeys, stronger coordination, better commercial visibility and a practical path to new digital products.

Specialist travel · Mobility

St Andrews Shuttle

A connected operating model for booking, dispatch and customer communication.

Full loopEnquiry → quote → booking → delivery → reporting
ScalableArchitecture designed for growing routes and volumes
AI-readyFoundation for future automated workflows and assistance

Context

A regional transport service was scaling faster than its operating model. Enquiries, quoting, bookings, driver allocation and customer communication lived in fragmented tools and manual handoffs.

Approach

Kaize designed operational architecture covering the full service loop, customer enquiries, quoting, availability, bookings, driver allocation, customer communication, management reporting and future AI-enabled workflows, mapped to how dispatch and sales actually coordinate day to day.

Outcome

A clear foundation for scalable transport operations: one model for how work moves, where data lives and how the team maintains visibility as the service grows.

Aviation · Live platform

Shobdon Airfield

Operational infrastructure and real-time systems supporting the management of a private airfield.

Live productFrom user booking through to staff-side control panels
Real operationsBuilt for day-to-day airfield coordination, not demo logic
Full stackWorkflow design, build, integration and deployment

Context

Shobdon Airfield needed more than a booking form, it needed a full parking and operations management platform with real-time visibility for bookings, aircraft movements and operational oversight.

Approach

Kaize mapped the operating loop from customer booking to staff-side control, then implemented routing, role-based controls, handoffs and reporting suited to live airfield operations, including the product surface operators use under time pressure.

Outcome

A deployed platform that gives operators consistent day-to-day running, faster response cycles and clearer oversight across active workflows.
